05/07/24 - Modification of the main gate operation
After a period where the gate was left opened at peak hours (further to repeated faults), the gate has been repaired as decided during 2023 General Meeting and returned to normal operating mode, i.e. left closed at stand by.
25/06/24 - Opening of the swimming pool for 2024 summer.
The swimming pool is now opened from 15th of June until 15th of September. It will close every day at 20:30 instead of 19:30 (closing time in place since "Covid" period.
The toilets and services block has been refurbished prior to this year opening.
08/06/24 - Increase in pigeons within the residence
Several pairs of pigeons have settled in the residence, causing damages and a serious health issue.
Please do not feed them and plug any gap they could use for nesting on your balconies....
04/10/22 - Surfacing of upper car park - End of works
Floor marking is now completed
New handrails are still to be installed
One of the locations for handicapped has been repositionned.
Parking can nox be used again
21/09/22 - Refurbishing of paintings and carpets in 1st floor corridors
These works are planned to start on October 17th.
We remind the owners that they should give free access to their apartments and therefore if not attending on site, to make sure that spare keys are available at the caretaker's office or to give contact details (phone) of a local representative who will come to open the apartment when required (as stipulated in the co-ownership book of rules). In case of doubt, please get in touch with the agent CIS to make sure spare keys are available at the caretakers' office.
We recommend the owners to keep their tenants informed.
21/09/22 - Painting of woodworks resumed...
Painting of woodworks on eastern facades of blocks E & F has resumed on Sept 12th and will likely last until mid-October
21/09/22 - Surfacing of upper car park
The works have started on 5th of September with the removal of the former tarmac layer, then resumed on the 12th of September with the new tarmac layer (pictures)
Floor marking is planned to take place at the end of September, followed by repositionning of new handrails.
It is also planned to reposition some of the parking areas for handicapped persons.
As of today, it is likely that the upper car park cannot be accessed until the second week of October
16/09/22 - The swimming pool is now closed
The swimming pool is now closed.
Despite the expected sunny days at the end of this summer and the fact that the pools still remain attractive, due to the termination of daily water treatments, of heating and to implementation of a special treatment for the winter, the water in the pools has now become unappropriate for bathing.
15/08/22 - Window stolen !!!
Incredible !!! a window was stolen, despite displayed requests asking the responsible person to return the window to its due place, the window has not been repositionned. A complaint was filed at the local gendarmerie. A temporary screen has been put in place awaiting the final repair.
Systems preventing windows from removal will likely have to be installed.
These events and consequences represent undue expenses for our residence...
14/06/22 - Update on maintenance of facades woodworks
The works have started early June with reduced man resources. Scaffoldings and telescopic platform have been rigged.
Works progress stated at June 13th let anticipate works completion and scaffoldings removal by July 7th.
14/06/22 - Update on progress of the checkings of the forced ventilation system :
The contractor D2H started the checkings on May 16th as planned, and works should be completed by mid-June...
12/05/22 - Reminder about the inspection of the forced ventilation system (VMC) from May 16th
The contractor D2H is planned to check the proper operation of the forced ventilation system from May 16th for a period of 4-5 weeks.

02/02/22 - With the help of the weight of the snow, the wind has uprooted the fir located at the South East angle of the swimming pool area and has then needed to be cut-off.
January 2022 / News about the Quad : Quad shelter - Quad in operation
1) The garage initially hired for hosting the Quad is now for sale and no more available. An other garage has been found and will be hired but at a higher cost. That additonnal expense has been considered necessary and approved by the Co-ownership Council.
2) Doubts remained about efficiency of the Quad as snow plough. Our caretaker shows us a positive demonstration...

08/12/2021 - Review of works status with CIS on 08/12/21 :
Works voted during 2020 GM:
- Resolution N° 19 :
Investigations for refurbishing the swimming pool beaches (first draft of project lately received).
- Resolution N° 20 :
Investigations for refurbishing the roof: This project was put on stand by during the period under judicial trustee. The contractor has been requested to resume his works .
- Resolution N° 23 :
Refurbishing works in inner common areas - Painting & Floorings (2nd floor) Completed, but door numbers and signs are still to be carried out.
- Resolution N° 29 :
Installation of LED lighting on mast at lower car park stairs (works to take place ASAP). Order already placed but the contractor had no counterpart during the period under judicial trustee and did not start the works.
- Resolution N° 33 :
Repair of concrete gutter at upper car park entry. This project is now stopped because of another solution voted during GM of April 21, decision to definitely cancel will be taken after the second solution is found satisfactory.
- Resolution N° 36 :
Arrangement of a parking area for bikes & motorcycles (Completed in April 2021, but quality not satisfying, will be reworked in May 2022) .

- Resolution N° 19 :
Audit of the Forced Ventilation System including cleaning and rebalancing of airflows (works postponed to June 2022).
- Resolution N° 22 :
Audit of the common electrical heating system and of electrical cubicles (works took place on 9 & 10th of November). Report was released and repair works for identified faults need to take place.
- Resolution N° 21 :
Modification of the settings of the common floor heating further to the audit (Resolution 22) (Follow up discussions need to take place with the contractor Orkadis in charge of the audit).
- Resolution N° 27 :
Roof extension above upper park entry in order to limit water ingress (awaiting contractor response)
21/11/2021 - Autumn works progress :
1) Woodworks painting on facades Block A South ; Block B West & Blokc C West have been completed.
2) Refurbishing works in inner corridors of 2nd floor (Painting & Flooring) are on going and should be completed early December.
3) The checking of floor heating and electrical cubicles was completed on 9 & 10th of November. A few faulty resistors and electrical cubicles faults have been identified and need to be fixed. A report will be released. The floor heating was put back in operation the following days for the winter season.
25/10/2021 - Some indelicate occupants ( Owner or tenants) have left their waste in a staircase.
We can only state again this pathetic behavior.
Thanks to the volunteers who have cleaned that waste !
25/10/2021 - Works progress:

by the municipality,
as planned during the visit with CIS.
2) Woodworks painting on facades Block A South ;
Block B West & Blokc C West are nearly completed
scaffoldings still to be removed.
3) Refurbishing works in inner corridors of 2nd floor
(Painting & Flooring) have started and are progessing quickly.
02/07/2021 - The funicular was planned to start its operation this Saturday 3rd of July. But with the current heat, distortions of the rails are being observed, and can only become worse in the middle of the summer. The commissioning is delayed.
